ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 24 hours to confirm your order is and when you should expect your item/s to ship! 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

KDDH proudly ships to select international destinations through Shopify Managed Markets including UAE, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Israel, and Bulgaria.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and selected shipping service. Applicable duties, import taxes, and VAT are calculated as part of your purchase, so there are no additional duties or taxes due upon delivery.

International orders are shipped with tracked carrier services available for your destination. Delivery times vary by country, carrier, and customs processing.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. KDDH is not responsible for delays resulting from incorrect addresses, customs processing, carrier disruptions, or circumstances outside our control.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition,  we will refund the full order minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@dechevahouse.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
